I bought two of these and the previous comment about zero tension is 100% correct. I found a way to get the right tension is by rotating the "tension tool" counter clockwise about 8 to 10-times. I believe the instructions are flawed and if the manufacturer had mentioned that they come with "no tension" it would have saved me about 45-min of wasted time.


I own 3 of these, they work but the instructions are a joke when it comes to getting the tension right. EVEN IN THIS VIDEO they leave out the fact that you have to re-loosen the set screw after you put the shade back up or it WONT WORK!!!?!??
