Costco Genius Screen Door Install Tips


These tips are not quit help to the door that I bought from COSTCO. I just simple assembly them on the ground, and then put the whole door on the frame. It works. Yes, it supposed to be in 30 minutes. 
Unfortunately, the product maker require to nail the track on the door frame. I nail it using the bolt that supplied. and then the door can not move smoothly. I tried another flat head bolt. It still doesn't work. so, I gave up to nail the track. it works fine for now. but it cost me hours to try to fix the track. 

Another thing is the bottom metal. the metal is short, and no any use. don't know how the maker design this for. it cost me some times to figure out how to put it on. 

Other than that, this screen door is good for now.
